Manufacturing Process

The products in our range have been made through an elaborate procedure that has several steps in it. Each part of the die we provide has been made through a single machining operation which requires the use of various machines. All of these machines operate differently and shape the product towards its final form. The process begins with facing a Die on the Lathe Machine and then drilling of 11,000 holes of size 3mm into the die with the help of Gun Drilling CNC. The die further goes through a countersink and a counter-bore for a perfect machining result which creates every product exactly according to the blueprint. After a long process of machining under drilling and tapping bolt holes, cleaning, drying, vacuum hardening, tempering and finally giving the accurate fitting sizes, the product attains its desired form. This entire process involves high precision and accuracy, which is precisely what we are recognized for.

Beaters

The offered Beaters are profiled and hardened at our production plant where they are transformed into value-for-money product. With several research, we have developed Beaters that are made of high quality alloy steel that has superior properties. This results in good wear resistance property of the product and imparts strength as well as durability to it. We, at Orion can manufacture Beaters of any dimension that can fit the given requirements of any Hammer Mill and its related models.

Die Holders

The most important components Pellet Mills are its Die Holders and T-Shafts. These two parts are majorly facilitate the error-free working and high production efficiency of the pellet mill. These components are manufactured at our production plant under the supervision of experts to ensure a long lasting performance of these parts.

Hammer Sieves

For an efficient and high production rate, we provide good quality of Hammer Sieves that are profiled at our facility. They are given the desire form by our experts resulting in excellent build quality that is highly sought in the market. The Orion profiled sieves are available in a hole size of 2mm generally, but we can customized the size as per the clients' requirements.

Hardness Tester

The Hardness Tester is a highly useful device through which we can maintain correct levels of hardness  in the product created.

Ultrasound Flaw Detector

The raw materials procured by us undergo a quality test under the Ultrasound Flaw Detector. This device helps in determining the raw material quality of the pellet mill. The instrument is also used in inspection of forged T-shaft, die holders and ring dies to determine the presence of any blow holes or cracks hidden in them.
